What is the solution to sex abuse in our institutions? In the churches, in government, schools, the military, and institution or organization that impacts society in any significant way?

Majority of sex abuse are done by men. I think if the proof is conclusive, and/or DNA of the racists was found, then castration is the way to go. If he's not going to use his dick appropriately, then remove it. This action will definitely put fear into rapists. Obviously there will have to be a punishment for women too - not sure which way to go with it, but I'm sticking to genitalia needs to be removed, including the clit.

For physical abusers... The dominant hand needs to be cut off.

Emotional abuse - this one is a challenge.

But in conclusion, removal of genitalia will definitely put more fear into people.
