Hypothetically, if the 2020 election was found to be fraudulent, would that invalidate everything that Biden did?

I personally don't think the 2020 Presidential election was fraudulent, stolen by the Democrats. I think the Democrats were better at taking advantage of the changed rules for the pandemic, like mail-in voting, which allowed them to get out more voters than the Republicans did. There may have been instances of fraud, possibly by both parties, but it wouldn't change the results of the election.

But let's consider a hypothetical situation that I don't think will ever happen, but it's interesting to consider what if, if it ever did.

Let's say, in the not too distant future, a detailed review of the 2020 election reveals that Trump actually did win the election and Biden lost.

Wouldn't that invalidate everything that Biden and his administration did during his 4 years (Jan 2021 to Jan 2025) since he did not have the legal right to become President? Talk of Biden's many pardons and the autopen would become very interesting... none of it would be legal.

If that happened, though, the bigger question would be... Was there no US President for 4 years?

Maybe it would just create such a complete mess that it would just be swept under the rug?

It would definitely make for interesting discussion by Constitutional scholars.

I think the bigger question is it doesn't really matter , because it's over what matters is the destruction and the out of control, spending of the American people's money, what it was actually being used for whether it be money laundering or just part of the good old boy system paid billions of dollars out to all these places, whether they needed it for their business or If it was going into
 The plan of hurting Trump or wherever the money was going, it wasn't going where it was supposed to be. It has been well documented the reason why he didn't want to wall up because he wanted people to come here , because that's how they were gonna keep in office  They were buying their votes.
It has nothing to do with anything else And then if you look at Black Lives Matter and the Rodney king and all the other people that were beat up or hurt the black people. It was to buy their votes. I used to be a Democrat, I believed in them, I think they're the most evil people in the world right now, and we have another election coming up in 2 years. It doesn't really matter anymore. Democrats or Republicans because they are the same, but If something doesn't happen soon. Even with Trump with this World War 3 s*** going on, we, the people need to do something we can't keep going like this. We need American people when they get sworn in, did they uphold that document

nothing. there is no provision in the constitution for overturning an election, presidency or the acts of the president once the election has been validated

now those who participated in the fraud could be tried for voter fraud, election tampering, etc.

but nothing would happen to the work biden did in office if by some act of god republicans finally found their Moby Dick (widespread or even significant voter fraud)

I don't think it was fraudulent for the simple reason they'd know if discovered they'd never be trusted again. No doubt there were errors, there always is but would be within acceptable tolerances. Any audit will find discrepancies and people will over exaggerate them as proof of mass fraud.

Arguably Trump could insist on another 4 years given he's already over turned most of what Biden did.

The truth is America can't be trusted with democracy. People will always claim the democracy are shipping in tonnes of illegals to vote or the Repubs are intimidating people at polling booths by hanging around with guns.

So perhaps a fraudulent vote would usher in outside independent help.

I heard Donald Trump got criminally charged for attempting to overthrow the 2020 election but the charges were dropped when he won the 2024 election. I don’t think they were dropped because the court thought he was innocent.

it's terra incognita as far as constitutional law goes since the Constitution is of course silent on such an issue and there's no federal case law on it. Given that the term of office was completed and the election certified, I do not think any remaining acts from the Biden Administration could be invalidated. And as for prosecutions for electoral fraud, you'd have to check on the relevant statutes of limitations.

Even if your hypothetical situation was true, it'd be such a mess, and because you can't turn back time, that it'd be swept under the rug. Fulton County (in Georgia) officials actually admitted recently that they did indeed improperly certify a over a hundred thousand ballots in 2020 (incompetence, not deliberate fraud). However, it doesn't matter, for the reasons I already mentioned.
