Firstly, NOBODY has been executed for aborting an unborn baby. Secondly, it isn’t radical at all. It’s perfectly consistent with laws and precedents that have already been enforced for years.
Look up the Protection of Unborn Children Act and how it came to be. Spoiler alert: it was passed as a matter of uniformity because EVERY state in the country had already successfully prosecuted people for killing unborn babies. No matter where you live in the US, if you cause an auto accident that causes a woman to miscarry, you can and likely will be charged with manslaughter. If you kill a pregnant woman, you can and will be charged with double homicide. An unborn baby cannot simultaneously be both a person deserving of protection under the law and NOT a person deserving of protection under the law.
The kinds of laws knuckleheads like you want passed actually create a special class of citizens that is legally allowed to murder unborn babies when EVERYONE else in the country would be charged with a felony. That is a clear violation of the US Constitution that guarantees equal protections under the law, AND in insurmountable hypocrisy on your part.
You could prove your commitment. Put all your efforts into repealing the PoUCA, and freeing every man, woman and child who has previously been convicted of murdering unborn babies. Once they’re free to reoffend, i’m sure everyone will see the value in your absurd ideological hypocrisies.

I don't know. She murdered her baby in cold blood. I'm not sure what the correct penalty should be, but I don't think it should be the death penalty under any circumstances. Two crimes are not better than one.
