How do some people have over 100 criminal convictions, yet are still walking around?

It seems we have a multi-tierd justice system. How you will be judged seems to be based on your race, gender, or even class.

Because of this, I strongly believe this has a lot to do with why we currently see a very particular race being over represented in violent crimes... meanwhile, criminals that are under represented, get much harsher sentences for much less.

The end result of that is a very particular fatigue people are getting... I'll allow others to guess what particular fatigue that is.

there are liberal judges that just turn them loose because they sre not really criminals, they are just "misunderstood".
