Put in perspective, I've hired dozens of y'all and nobody has made it past 90 days. Something always happens with them, always one of the following

• Leave site early
• Don't do their job
• Bitch about the pay while not working
• Arrive late consistently
• Show up out of uniform
• Start yelling at people on site
• No call no show
• Quit mid shift

I believe that your generation was given way too much praise when you were young. That was a thing that parents were doing back then.

They would clap and praise you and smile at you and say "Good boy for using the Big Boy potty today." They did that way too much and to your detriment.

So when your generation became adults, you are still looking for praise and someone to clap for you.
