Trending & News Generally speaking, NO. I have a bad history with them, especially at my old job. Okay, the ones that were drafted, I can still at least justify, but the young ones and ones that enlisted by choice, they act like they didn't know what they were signing up for. But generally speaking, the most assholish and entitled people I've had to deal with at work were military people. I already disliked them because of all the stuff I read about war crimes and The Night Stalker's brother. Then I was threathened and cyber bullied by a Navy guy for telling his psycho niece to leave me alone. And then my treatment at work was the final nail in the coffin. I read a story of one in Australia who threw a hissy fit because a girl wouldn't give him his veteran's discount because he was American! US soldiers are the only ones I know who act like entitled brats.
"Wounded WARRIORS"? What about Wounded LOCALS?
They raped French girls in WWII. They raped Korean and Vietnamese girls. They raped Iraqi and Afghan girls. They rape Japanese girls on Okinawa. They can't keep their tiny circumsized dicks in their camo pants.
Read about what Richard Ramirez's brother did in Vietnam. Then they were shocked they got spat on
I do very much so especially the older Generations the new generations when they go into basic training now they come out and they are so brainwashed a friend of mine's son went in and when he got his leave he came home and he was yelling at his stepmother I mean like he was a sergeant or something and being I mean disrespectful of rude and his dad wasn't there so I walked up to my said hey you need to stop they don't teach you that and he said yes they do we can hit women if we want to and I just went no way dude but yeah their brainwashing these kids nowadays more than ever but I do respect any kind of armed forces I just didn't respect that though
Nope unless they earned my respect, and volunteering for that work does not earn my respect.

I do, unless there is cause for me not to respect someone, which pretty much goes for everyone else, too.
Knowing that someone is a veteran of service to their country is an automatic 'tick' towards my greater respect for them than someone I might know nothing about.
Some yes. Some no. There are a couple million people in the US military at any given time. They aren't monolithic clones. Gangs have infiltrated the military. Batshit crazy Evangelical End Times Christians have infiltrated the military. There are dumbasses and geniuses in the military. But mostly they are pretty ordinary people.
Yes, but I don't respect politicians throwing men's lives away on unnecessary wars or unnecessary operations involving boots on ground in said wars.
With drone warfare and stealth bombers, there is little reason to ever use troops on the ground ever again in warfare. You can attrition your opponents supplies by attacking their production and energy markets. The way to win a war is through attrition, not by "fighting enemy troops".
Considering that 85% of US military personnel are males, is it any surprise that so many females voted no, they don't respect them, since they owe their free lazy asses to the blood, sweat and sacrifice of men and are getting a free ride on their backs? What a bunch of ungrateful lowlife leeches.
Yes, I am prior military, and we have to have people who will go to other countries and kill the people that live there! 😁😁😁😁😁😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
I respect everyone by default
most of them, reciprocate that
That depends which countries! I support our u. s. Troops.
I respect them, but that doesn't mean I agree with them.
Yes 🫡
They sacrifice their prime years to give back to their country 👀 and usually they end their service admirable and return to civilian life by 40
Yes, thy are serving their country and putting their lives at risk..
If they did their jobs the FBI, Caiaa, IRas would all be dead and 90% of Congress, the white house, and the supreme court would all be hanged as traitors
My father and brother-in-law were career army I was Territorial Regiment
Only to a point. If they obey illegal orders, they're taking part in criminal activities. I respect those won't commit crimes and say I was just following orders, even at personal risk.
yes for the most part unless they use their status as an appeal to authority
I respect people I know. Being in the military alone doesn't command respect
Yes, I am grateful for their duty
I had better. I was one.
Of course Iโm a vet too
H**L to the YES !!!
