Since the vast majority of states don’t require proof of citizenship to register to vote, how exactly are we hearing statistics on voter fraud?

because we CATCH SOME! and just the ones we catch are many! over a thousand proven cases of fraud which hint at even more that were not caught! 1400 proven cases in eleven elections! is MORE THAN A HUNDRED each election and those were just the ones proven. "The Heritage Foundation’s database documents 1,465 proven cases of voter fraud". this is happening but we do not catch all of it. how many more did we not catch? i will give you a hint! Pennsylvania and Georgia are republican states but during the covid- mail in election- more biden votes. there you have it.
