Women, how do you feel about Japan’s falling birth rate and its causes?

I know things like
1. Women don't want to get married.
2. Women don't want to end up being a maid in a house.
3. women want to focus on their career, lifestyle, and freedom which comes with it.
I support all of them.
Cause it should have been a choice from the start. And having a child also reduces life expectancy, hormonal issues, some mothers lose their skin their glow.
My mother also suffered because of me.
She got permanent skin patches on her face, hair loss, and thyroid issues.
Which makes me think what will happen to countries like Japan, china, who have bad birth rates

Japan is an incredibly work-focused culture, if you don’t work you’re essentially considered a walking corpse for how good of a person you are. If they want more babies, they need to focus less on work and more on what women need in order to be comfortable mothers. They get paid shit to work shitty, long hours. You know some folks work so hard for so long that they get so exhausted they fall asleep in public and it’s a social thing not to disturb them? Fucked up, man.

My opinion is that Japan's society glorifies prioritizing work for both men and women, which is why both men and women are less interested in marriage and real life relationships. I don't really care what they do with their lives, as long as they keep it nice and worth me going on vacation there.
