Why does the right constantly ignore the Constitution and the law in general?

We have laws for a reason, and most of us obey them. People on the right think the laws don't apply to them or that they are simply immune to the effects of violating the law. Why is that?

It's to leash the "others" also called minorities.

As a white person it is a logical expression of turbulent times. For a minority it's a daily occurrence so it needs to be tamed or put down.

This is why I call the second amendment or self defense gun death a high-class privilege right.

So it's not a right or left leaning thing but class warfare thing.

Someone breaking into your home and you gun them down. Was that the right thing to do?

Talk to the cops and can't afford a lawyer that will give you jail time.

Where in the constitution does it specify what "due process" is? Democrats say that every illegal alien should get a jury trial with an appeal afterwards. According to federal law a person is determined to be in the country without authorization they are subject to deportation. This is according to Immigration and Nationality Act specifically (8 U. S. Code § 1227).

The Constitution is the ultimate source of law in this country, and it trumps any other laws, including the one that you cited. Due process has been upheld by every court in this country multiple times. You can't get around it no matter how hard you try.

Define "Due Process" The constitution does not define it. It just requires it. Due Process can be just a determinization that somebody is in the country without prior authorization. This is just a binary determination and enough to be deported.

No but if it is determined by an impartial authority that they are not authorized to be in the country it is sufficient grounds to remove them. Due Process is followed in that case and this is what the government has been doing. Race does not play a role in it.
