I say yes but it has to be used in private space in your own home or back yard. Self enclosed "puff" domes can be provided for enjoying such smoke in public, on your own or with others. Cannot be used in public disrupting others peace. Any such violation punishable.

I respect people to do what they want and murder themselves with smoke but I can't STAND THE SMELL OF IT and don't want it around me. Any such person is not welcome on my property. I can't stand smoke in general, and I don't hang around with smokers.

I should have the right to pull out my uzi and shred smokers puffing... on sight... and toss them into the river for sharks to enjoy their rotting bones. That will be a better death than the slow suffocation they will get via lung cancer, and I sure as heck don't want their 2nd hand smoke to die the same.

It should be legal, but Big Pharma will never allow it to be legalized at a federal level since it can't be patented and is a cheaper alternative to some of their drugs that can sometimes cost thousands.
