You wake up in a bunk bed of a big hall with 149 other women.
All the exits of the hall are guarded by uniformed and masked henchmen carrying large assault rifles.
You are then told by a suit wearing game host that all 150 women present in this hall owes a large debt to their mega-corporation and that in order to alleviate oneself of their debt, they will have to play a survival game of life and death. On top of debt alleviation, all surviving contestants will be sharing a very big prize of 100 million dollars.
You try to argue with the organizers that there's been a mistake, but then they show you on screen the moment that you've clicked 'yes' to 'I have fully read your terms of services' agreement for the software that you thought you bought, but if had read them carefully, you'd know that you only paid for the daily interest on the loan that you've agreed upon that covers the actual price and the term limit on that loan happens to be the same day of the last round of this ten round dystopian survival game.
You are then told that for the first round you will be dropped in the middle of a forest and if you are able to escape the harrowing forest within 15 minutes, you will go to the next round. If not, you will be eliminated from the game.
The organizers won't say what that means, but they will tell you that during this round you are given a choice.
Man vs Bear
Choose man and one of the 150 male contestant sleeping in the other hall will join you in the 'lost in the woods' round, but 3 minutes will be taken off the clock.
Choose bear and one bear of a random species will be released into the woods as a potential obstacle, which is either panda bear, Andean bear, sun bear, moon bear, black bear, brown bear or polar bear.
What will you choose?

What Girls Said
Oh Lord, I thought we were done with this a year and a half ago
I just wondered whether or not the decision would be rational, so I added "this bear is basically a random selection of choices concocted by a cabal of evil billionaires" so the choice is really do you trust 'a cabal of evil billionaires' over a 'random poor man'?
Not another man vs bear rage bait post.
