Why do people still support Iran’s regime after killing a father over Starlink?

The way I see it, a nation who kills journalists, protestors, and anyone that speaks against the government, said government should be eliminated.

In early May 2026, reports emerged that Hesam Alaeddin, a 40-year-old Iranian father, was tortured and beaten to death by Iranian security forces while in custody.

The primary cause for his detention was the alleged possession and use of a Starlink satellite internet terminal.

I thank God I'm not president, if I were I'd invade and take out the entire government responsible for this kind of bullshit.
