As though something horrific happened to you and you couldn't even tell anyone?
No I am not referring to rape/sexual assault.
But other types of abuse/domestic violence etc.

Not really. The one time I was abused and couldn't tell anyone was probably when the racially-motivated mini-bus driver bringing us to and from kindergarten accused me of beating someone smaller than me which I never did, he would say he saw it with his own eyes and in case if i complained everyone would falsely testify against me so i did not complain, that two 3rd graders were physically abusing me in his car, it happened twice (to and from school one day), not some stuck situation for years on end but still somewhat similar to your experience at least for 1 day. ㅤ
I'm the product of that. Lucky I didn't turn out to be a dope using street thug with a prison record. Seems like most men like me go that rout.
I am surprised I didn't unalive myself I know most people in my situation would have.
I could have done that too or more likely my mom. I think kids adapt more because they don't know it's not normal to live like that. She got a little crazy in the end. You could see it long after my dad died.
yeah, that was my life before moving out at 17. it fucking sucked and not just the horrific shit, but the emotional abuse too
like i actually have an anonymous post on here from like 7 years ago venting about it
Never been in a situation like that.
I'm very close with family and I'm certain that I would tell them or they would figure it out
My family has this 'we brought you up till you were 18 now you're on your own.'

even worse. i was able to tell but nothing effectively ever happened about it.
Yes, but I don’t have any other place to stay or any other options so what can I do?
What are you going through would you like to talk? Feel free to message me, happy to lend an ear if needed
That would be nice if you weren’t Anonymous so how can I message you?
What's your handle I will message you
Not now I can’t explain
I's okay. Whenever you're ready
Are you going through that?
I have been going through that for years.
Something terrible terrible happened and to-date I can't even speak about it.
If you're in the United States, please reach out to the Domestic Violence Hotline at 800 799 7233. There IS help. Calls are free, 24/7 and you can remain anonymous if you wish. I don't your particular situation, but please don't continue to suffer in silence at the hand of your abuser. Stay safe and STAY ALIVE. Take care.
They don't listen because it happened years ago they don't understand how PTSD works and still affects me.
I am afraid of even going outside out of fear I may run into the abuser
Uh im sorry for you
At least someone is
Because I know none of the people around me are
Tired of fighting. Just want the suffering to end.
You're hoping I die? lol
