Why are family law courts biased toward women in divorce and custody cases?

This is a major reason why men refuse to marry. Men know that in a dispute with their wife, they stand to lose their money, their property, and their children. Most men view this as being very unfair, but the courts don't seem to be paying attention to what men want. Why is this?

They're not, they're biased towards the children.
The ideal outcome for custody cases is to change the routine for the children as little as possible. If one parent does more of the childcare then that parent is going to be rewarded the majority of the custody.

Has nothing to do with gender, just so happens that women tend to do most of the childcare.

The mother of my male friends kid tried to get custody of their daughter. The courts basically laughed in her face because he was the one caring for his daughter 24/7. If she was given custody my friends daughter would be completely ripped up from everything she's ever known which is more traumatic than separation itself.

Yes, it does, because she's an adult and then she spends it on shoes and drugs and going out to dinner with her friends and all kinds of things besides the child. There are no controls over what women spend or don't spend child support on. Once they get the money, they can spend it on anything they fucking want, and they do.

Yes. Because they already spent their own money on the child. Most Child support payments don't even cover half of the basic needs for the kids. Also to note less than half of custodial parents actually recieve the exact amount of child support ordered. A quarter recieve a partial payment, majority recieve absolutely nothing.

That's how the girl scouts founder started her endeavors. Married rich got ditched and sold all her jewelry to make a program that help girls be self sufficient little over a hundred years ago. 1920 is when women suffrage started.

But there are far more divorce cases where men feel they have been treated unfairly, refusing to recognize the contribution of their stay-at-home wife and mother of their children.

I mean we should consider that women undergo far greater parental investment than men biologically. Because of this, women tend to be the default parents when the kids are younger. I’d think that’s why we notice the disparity at least in custody.

You can get thrown in jail for a substantial period of time just based on the words of a woman with no other evidence that you have done anything wrong. Other men will do this to you because they want to be heroes to the woman. No woman will ever defend you if another woman is accusing you of something.

Yes, and keep that in mind, since not only do they think they are heroes, but then they get to act out the whole heroic thing by handcuffing you and dragging you off to jail and being the heroes for the woman that you supposedly threatened.
