I ask this because there are certain people, mostly women, who think that DNA testing should be declared illegal because they are terrified that somebody is going to find out who they had sex with and who the real parent (s) of their child is. This is just too fucking bad. Everybody is entitled to this information about their heritage and, in particular, about their potential medical history. If women wanna conceal this, maybe they should stop fucking people they shouldn't be fucking.

Not sure on this one. I'd agree a father has the moral right and should have the legal too but he should have strong suspicions before demanding a test. It's one thing to want one because your son doesn't look like you or you know she slept around at the time of conception but I don't want to see DNA testing weaponized just to be awkward in a break up.
As for the child itself, yes again I feel it should have the right to both. But what if it grew up with a guy who willingly raised it as his own? Should that child when it's older have the right to demand every guy in the neighbourhood submit to a test? I think not.
Dna tests are binary. Someone either is the child's father or is not. There is nothing in between. So the presents or absence of a" strong suspicion" is meaningless. That said, just as expensive enough that you don't normally just randomly go around testing people and nobody except in a divorce or paternity case can be forced to take a DNA test. The vast majority of people who find out awkward things regarding paternity. Find it out by simply getting their own DNA testing and having those results matched to a very large database like ancestry. com or others. That costs about 50 bucks. I think you would be surprised at how extensive and broad-reaching that testing really is since they're a literally millions of people that have done it.
It gets complicated very quickly.
I claim to have fucked your wife so now I get your kids DNA information? Oops they aren't my children.
The burden of proof would be the accusing party but the defending party needs to consent. That's juat how the game is.
You don't need to consent at all. In fact, nobody cares if you consent. All we need to do is have your DNA, which we can get off a glass you drank out of, or a coffee cup or something like that. Your and the wife's DNA, which is easy enough to get, and the kid's DNA, and we can pin it down real quick. That's just how this actually works.
Let's look at a loving consistent couple and a Stanger can say "I fucked her" and that random guy can grab any couples DNA records on just because I said so.
Then the women needs to give out her medical reports and her child results to any guy calling her a whore?
No, she doesn't have to. She can if she wants to. More likely, she just ignored the problem, and unless her husband or boyfriend finds out or she tells him, it won't be an issue. The only thing that we need to be giving out, anything we're giving out, is the DNA results. Big deal.
If it's not a big deal one way why not the other way?
Because at the point that involves money or potential divorce. It becomes a big deal obviously.
Absolutely. It should be on the birth certificate from birth and I believe is a basic human right.
In the past there was no way to tell and this is why marrying a virgin was important back then but now there's no excuse.
I think they are... I would have some kind of layer though. Maybe a 3 month delay between filing a request to know the biolgical parents, and the release of the information.
its illegal in france and in the USA a man was jailed for not paying child support to a child that was not his true story
Okay, so that's an interesting one. Can you link that true story here, please?
its easily found on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH9fnRnEcr0
