Americans are always bitching about the rising cost of food but I say it's their own fault for being lazy. A true patriot would offer their free time to farmers to pick crops for free. It wouldn't have to be much but if American men gave up a few hours a week to work as volunteer crop pickers then shop prices would come down.
So next time you see a price rise ask your husband's and sons why they're not doing their patriotic duty.
So guys what's your excuse?
I'm a lazy commie
I'm unpatriotic freeloader
I want high shop prices to encourage people to work harder
I'm a woman but I'll be shaming my man into doing his duty
I need all my spare time to drink beer and watch porn

Should l men work for free to make America cheap again?
I always love your questions and your answers because I can see the truth and the sarcasm at the same time and you are 100% right I love your principles and I love your points that you make with every question and answer
Because you are usually right on the money with them
For me they're kind of a wake up call because at one point in America our products that we built were great would last forever and they were just made with good quality is when people had pride in their work when businesses took pride in their work
Now everything is made disposable if it breaks throw it away by a new one that has crossed over into relationships if they don't work say goodbye find another one
And now everybody has incorporated that into their lives people don't care about anything anymore things do not matter because everything is made so cheap so disposable
And the consumer and the American people accept it and do it I hate it I want the best if I'm going to spend money on something I wanted to last
I want people to take pride in the things that they build and that they do
And that's the way I see it and that's what I do
It might take me a little bit more time to build something or do something or fix something for somebody because I wanted to last I don't want to come back and fix it again or replace it again when I do a job I do it I want to get paid and the next time I see those people I want to see them for a different reason
And I think everybody should work for free once in awhile or give of themselves to help others
Being a patriot or being a good person or trying to help your country by doing anything is a catch 22 because no matter what you do the government's just going to take it away from you or throw it in your face or expect you to do more because it's greed nothing but greed
I like this question and it should be sent to all the higher-ups all politicians and they should lead and show us how it's done so we at least believe in them it might just change the world no matter what country you're from
Look at Africa Africa has done a 180 in the way that they do things and they are becoming great and I applaud their leaders
It just goes to show you what one man is capable of doing when he's not doing it for himself he's doing it for his country
Back in the ‘80s, relationship counselor and author poised a number of questions to people attending his intimacy seminars via questionnaires. In the end, it became one of the largest polling data clusters on the topic ever produced. Among other things, men were asked if they would be willing to reduce their income in order have more time to spend with their families. Over 90% of men responded that they definitely would, as long as their wives agreed. Meanwhile, women were asked if they would be willing to accept that their husbands made less in order to have more time for the family. Over 80% said no, and were subsequently queried whether they would be willing to work (more) in order to maintain the household income so that their husbands could have more time with the family. Over 90% responded that they would not. If i recall correctly, the poll included over 1800 couples. Based upon this, i would suggest that it’s out of line to expect men to make the sacrifice since ultimately it hurts the wife’s feelings to have her fella earning less. Maybe the ladies should spend less time watching their story and eating bon bons, and instead donate their time for the benefit of the household income and expenses. There’s my vote.
You are completely right to question this. While getting free volunteer labor would absolutely help a farmer lower their immediate operational expenses, it would barely make a dent in your weekly grocery bill. It sounds logical on the surface, but the reality is that the actual cost of growing the food is only a tiny fraction of what we pay at the checkout counter.
According to official data from the USDA, farmers generally receive less than six cents of every single dollar spent on food in the United States.
The other ninety-four cents goes toward everything that happens after the food leaves the field. That means the vast majority of what you are paying for is actually processing, packaging, shipping, wholesale distribution, and retail store markups. Even if a farmer managed to get their harvest labor completely free, that savings is happening within a very small slice of the overall financial pie.
On top of that, labor is far from the only major expense on a farm. Growers have to pour massive amounts of money into volatile inputs like fuel for their tractors, fertilizer, seeds, heavy machinery, land rent, and crop insurance. When you look at the big picture, a few free hands in the field just cannot offset the massive costs of global shipping and retail overhead, which are the real reasons groceries feel so expensive right now.
To make America affordable again, we need a time machine. Oil was always going to increase, so we needed to inflate the price slowly overtime that would’ve helped.
Another thing to get a time machine for, but can be helped nowadays is raising the minimum wage. We used to increase the minimum wage to meet the rate of inflation, but we haven’t done that in too long and the American people are struggling as a direct consequence of it.
End 401ks and replace them with the tried and true method of pensions. Pensions are reliable, predictable, and safe compared to 401ks where your employer can put his or her money in then take it out of the account at anytime at your inconvenience which makes it hard to keep track of for retirement and to the path of retirement.
#1 most important is end the Trump tariffs. These specific tariffs were on imports, so the import company bringing the commodities to harbor are charged a tax by the government. That import company raises the price of bringing said commodity to shore which is a tax levied on corporations. Those corporations then put inflation on the consumer in the store to offset the cost onto them, for the supply chain I just explained.
This is not to mention the other ways this economy f#cks with people. AI Data Centers, Housing, Utilities Costs, Legal Scams, and more.
For those that are unaware, the 401k failure of policy was pushed from Trickle Down Economics which is well beyond irrefutable evidence that is total bullcrap and hurts the consumer and workers of The United States. We can still change trajectory, but would’ve been optimal if it never been institutionalized in the first place.
Food prices in the US might come down some if free labor were applied, but the truth is that they wouldn't come down very much. We have a massive system monopolization issue across many markets. This is the case with groceries. A few massive entities such as Walmart and Kroger control enough of the market to care little about pricing things competitively. It's not new, and the Republicans and the very wealthy have been clawing back every guard against the very thing since the moment FDR died. Late stage capitalism unchecked. We're seeing the things that Adam Smith warned of... moral restraint, competition and regulation are necessary to prevent exploitation. It's just like the end of a Monopoly board game. One person becomes the inevitable winner at some point and there's no escaping it for the other players short of redistributing some of that wealth. Very convenient that brown men are STILL the ones having the finger pointed their way as the reason. The ones at the top will always have a reason why they can't do the thing that would affect their income. It's called greed.

Yes, men who voted for trump should be slaves for women and dark skinned men who didn't vote for Trump because they put the usa in trillions of dollars in debt and started a pointless war.
It's like when andrew Jackson brought the USA debt down to $0 because of slaves slaves. Now it's there turn to fix the economy black American have been doing all the work for white people for years only for them to steal their culture like the blues and hip hop
Post malone is going back to making rap because he said the country music doesn't pay the bills.
They're used to stealing or copying the work of black Americans or native Americans like how they stole thanks giving. which is why donald trump refuses to send them back to Africa.
We should make them the slaves, so they actually have to work for something for once in their lives.
“Working for free” is PRECISELY the line that should never be crossed. That would be dark day where communism would finally found its cancerous ways into free society.
Nothing is free. And nothing should be free.

It’s nice to talk about food but the farmers just grow vegetables. I’m interested in meat. Don’t get me wrong. I love vegetables and we all need it but my big ticket is steak, turkey and chicken and ham what a great game this is England versus France
I am a true patriot, but I don’t wanna move out of Miami. Is that OK? I’m still a patriot. I’ve done my duties and have helped special people in the Olympics the special Olympic Olympics I help trained them. and made them a champion. What a great game England showed some heart they held them off 5 to 4 victory over France in Miami
So do I have to drive out to the farm? Do I get to claim mileage from the government or will I be reimbursed for my costs?
Will there be training sessions on safety? Online tests? Will we have DEI training as well? I assume it will have proper facilities for bathrooms, eating and showers when finished.
How much time will be left after travel, training and tests? But yes, I will do my part.
How about you make feminist women work for free? Are you guys not the ones that have been barking about women being "strong" and better than men at everything? Demonstrate your utility or I will continue to assume that you feminists are selfish hyenas that are only good that only have the power to do anything because of the weak, feminine men that back you.
Claim to be a socialist while you're part of the inherited privilege land-owning class. Free labour for your farm which is really a cover for your myriad brothel activities.
As women have traditionally gathered we are waiting for them to get picking.
Our role is to pick up the heavy boxes to put on the tractor trailer... where are those damned women picking away and filling the boxes? Can't see any...
How about women just not work so men can take over women’s roles and enhance the economy further. I mean, if men can do everything better than women because of our superior brawn’s and brains and we have no biological defects like pregnancy and menstruation, then this must be a solution.

What really needs to happen is that somebody needs to create thousands of good paying manufacturing jobs and stop millions of illegal aliens from depressing wages.
Here is a novel thought: how about making the freeloaders work for their food, clothing, and housing instead of giving it free, causing hardship on normal working people by overtaxing them to feed and clothe the leaches.
It doesn't solve the problem. If labor was the only thing contributing to high prices, then logic would dictate the American people wouldn't be complaining (because of their wages).

I don't particularly like vegetables, and I'm not going to go out and pick them either for money or for free. If you want vegetables, pick them yourself.
Contributing to the community without remuneration is un-American.

Most optimized economy for the 1%. Working for free is the next step in optimization.
I live in America. Americans could miss a few meals.
My excuse. Fuck the jackoff MAGAtard farmers who keep voting to screw themselves.
Nah, America should import British men who don't take care of their women to work in the fields. 😎
They should when American women returns back home to serve their men like kings and becoming the devoted loving housewives 😌
I understand that food prices are even higher in the UK, so that means that Brits are even lazier. . . and have a very weak sense of humor.

I’d like to see some of your frail limeys over here picking crops when it’s 110 degrees haha
FTS !!! My great-great-grandparents were slaves and my grandmother an Alabama sharecropper.
Just wait till they see Ireland. The Euro and our high electricity bills fucked us up far worse than there.

What are I men?
We haven't turned completely communist like the UK
I grow my own vegetables so I’m good.
No they shouldn't
Why dont you work for free?
