Why do some people look much older than their actual age?

I was watching the news and a man in his late 40s was charged with killing his parents and he looked like he was in his 70s - 80s. Maybe he had a history of homelessness or drug use, but I thought it might also be genetics that aged him so much, and I knew a guy in his early 20s who looked late 30s or 50s because he had very pronounced facial wrinkles on his forehead.

Drugs are a big part of that. Lousy diet alchohol abuse and simple sun exposure. People don't use sunscreen.

Years of hard physical work. Too much alcohol/drugs. Stressful environment with constant sleep deprivation.

When you live a lie when you worry about everything when you do things wrong and you worry and you think and you stress when you don't eat right anything negative that you have to think about all the time we'll just wear you down it sucks the life right out of you but when you're happy Carefree you're giving your loving and things are just great with you well it shows on your face it shows within your body there is no stress because you let it all go you know that everything will work out you know that you're doing the best you can and you're happy and you stay on that frequency and be thankful and it just makes your blood pressure go down and it makes your face not tight enough it makes you just free
