What is it with this weird woman at my security job, saying that she would blow me if I don't report her being loud?

She lacks self respect. I work at luxury apartments and she was loud for the second time and I am doing my job. I have to report each time to my company someone is really loud. Another resident complained and told my company. All of a sudden the second time I came she was all crying saying to not report it and that she would blow me if I don't report it. She hasn't learned her lesson because other guards have wrote her up already too. I am not going to do something so stupid. I wrote her up again. No I didn't have her blow
