She thinks I'm blowing up her phone. Why?

So I've been talking to this girls for three months... she was very into (she even told me this). She got mad at me and decided to block me off everything. Cause she took my joke the wrong way. She said that her phone was cut off and she just turned it back on and didn't know it. Only thing I said was "mmmhmm you forgot about me huh? lol". she said, "don't do that" and didn't say anything to me. I reached out later that night and no response. Next day, I found out she blocked me off everything (phone, ig three accounts, fb and tiktok). Know, I have a business page that we followed each other on. She didn't block that. So I was answering emails. Her status came up saying two phones numbers calling her and said grow up! So they were laughing and saying "I can't wait until you say you were right". I think they're thinking it's me that's calling her but I'm not. Why?

I've asked her out. We're long distance. We made plans for her to come see me for my birthday. She accepted it. She said last week that she would do everything humanly possible to see me.
