It depends upon what the lawsuit entails. Are they just trying to shut down the gubment run stores? Or are they suing for damages?
There are a lot of knuckleheads who don’t understand that lawsuits against government organizations are paid off by TAX PAYING CITIZENS!
Another thing to consider is that immigrant-friendly communities often offer immigrant-run businesses tax breaks and deferments. So any settlement won’t even be partially paid by the same people who are suing. Making any and all awards 100% profit.
Just seems like another scam to give immigrants government handouts while defrauding the natural, hardworking, tax paying, law abiding citizens of the city and state under the guise of “fighting for capitalism”.

I think that those socialist grocery stores will go broke before a lawsuit can even get on the docket. The stores will give a 30% discount on staples like bread and milk. They will pay employees at least 20 dollars an hour. The stores themselves will cost 30 million dollars to build. They will go out of business within a year unless they get subsidized by the government.
