There are different accents across both England and America.
I can barely understand some British dialects. And upper class British is too posh. It sounds like an affect.
Australian English is bizarre.
I hate African American Vernacular American and I'm not crazy about the Texan-style "country" accent. I prefer people who sound literate.
Other American dialects don't bother me.
I like Modern Broadcast American better than Modern Broadcast British.
On tv i noticed the villain is the one with British accent. So no not classy.
Old disney stuff used to mix it up for adding interest! In same show a few ordinary americans. And an auatralian voice. And an esoecially hi tone voice. And sometimes a British accent.
TV English (not Cockney!) sounds nicer.

@KostasKouvalis there are some trashy British accents but for the most part they sound classy.
That second guy sounds like a Sesame Street muppet 😂
Both and neither. It depends on the region. Some sound classy, others sound simpltetony
The English accent sounds a lot classier and pleasant. American accents range from no accent at all to a New York accent, which sounds rough, or a Southern accent, which sounds just stupid.
American all the way
