Did you watch the 9/11 on live televsion on the day it occured?

I was 3 in 2001 so I don’t remember what I was doing that day. I don’t think many people can remeber events that happened when they were 3 years old.

My Dad who was aged 40 in 2001 told me he watched it on live on televsion though.

It was a work day, so not exactly... not at first... then we went into a conference room and watched it all on a big screen projection TV.

When I came home from uni, the latter parts of it, yes.

Yes I went upstairs to our call center and the first plane hit was on TV. I knew a plane hit the tower in WWII and thought..."how is that possible, again?". I went away back to work, 2nd plane hit.

Cannot imagine what those people went through, the final terrifying moments of life. I thank God for Jesus salvation!

I'll say this... a lot of people paid the price for that day, in the middle east, and subsequent americans, fighting the wars. A large number of wmen went into combat and didn't come back, or are so messed up from it.

I was not emotionally responsive to the 911 issue because children die of hunger every day so I viewed this tragedy as just as common as the tragedy of hunger in Africa and Asia and South America that happens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am not somebody cruel or mean, but I only concern myself with problems I can fix. I have no choice but to sometimes shut off my emotions to the problems of others, because there are people with problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I was sent home from mandatory schooling. We didn’t have a tv at home

I was not born yet but when I was in high school I watched original news footage of it.

I didn't even know it happened until the following day. I had been doing yard work and didn't have a tv or radio on.

Sort of. I was asleep when the first plane hit. But i was awake when the second one hit and was watching then.
