Why did the Lindsey Clancy jury seem so biased in her favor?

IRL I don't know anyone who thinks Lindsey Clancy is innocent. Also, recently on a poll someone asked about what they thought about the Lindsey Clancy situation and nearly everyone thought as much too. Like, man haters I know irl thought she was guilty. 🤔

But if most people favor a guilty verdict then why was the jury so obviously lopsided and bias in her favor?

I can think of only a few options:

The Jury selection panel was compromised ⚖️

The population of Massachusetts was uniquely different 👫

Just bad luck 🎲

People who agree with her actions are so distant socially they appear invisible to me and others I know.🫥

First and foremost the burden of proof is on the prosecution. The benefit of doubt goes to the defense by our constitution.

Ultimately the question is if she is going to an asylum or jail. Now i don't know all the facts because I wasn't a jury member but if the prosecution got over zealous to the point where this happened that is on the prosecution being greedy.

That is a factor with how the state have unlimited power over with our tax dollars has over an individual citizen.

You really have to understand the people that live in Massachusetts. They are real moonbats. They like to pay a lot of taxes and support illegal aliens. Thr governor recently signed into law that a woman can have an abortion right up until birth and all these women cheered like they won the lottery. It is not lost on me that the lone holdout was from Haiti.

the jury wasn't sequestered, when it should have been. and they were all probably watching TikTok when they shouldn't have.

Clancy, and the majority of the jurors, were female. That is the bottom line.

Maybe the people who sat in the courtroom listening to evidence thinking differently than the people who didn't is a clue.
