History of ancient Egypt is long, 4000 year and more, there is surely a shift in DNA over such a long time span due immigration from people from central Asia.
However most DNA tests of ancient mummies show ancient Egyptians were not Africans like Bantu from West Africa or other central African tribes. Tutankhamun has DNA close to 70% males in Spain and Cleopatra belonged to Ptolemaic dynasty that originated in Greece.
