Its very simple. Indians currently can be conservative and have views on things like marraige, religionschildren, lgbtq, gender, immigration etc that would get white conservative Christians branded as racist white supremacists because they are non white hindus. So atracking them is "problematic" from a left wing woke perspective but that may change.

They will do what they did with east Asians, announce that they are White Adjacent.
