All 3 are but cogs. But if i had to choose, Netanyahu. Although, he's not the only one running the fake "country", in his coalition are other party members who were formally convicted of terrorism in the past. Funny how even their own fake country recognized them as terrorists when they in the first place used bacterial bioweapons against Palestinians in 1948 and bragged about staging many false flag attacks to blame muslims.

Neither of them are the only people ruling their own countries.

At least Donald Trump can pretend to help the country when the alternative to him was literally mentally ill (no need to dispute the terminology, illnesz or not illness Harris has real issues), and she bowed to israel anyway. And at least Putin can bring up how Ukraine stole gas despite already getting it dirt cheap, and Victoria Nuland's leaked phone call to Ukraine's ambassador proves that the 2014 illegal coup was brought about by USA.
