Why are my neighbors harassing me—are they trying to drive me out?

Single dad of 1 child. I'm a minority. My house is a single family home and entirely remodeled. My whites neighbors directly next door who has 4-5 unruly kids, 4 untrained dogs who barks hours on end.. dirty and filthy house and yard and lives in a run down row Apparently they have an issue with me. I'm simply trying to pay my bills, be a good parent and mind my business. These people have harassed and targeted me since I've moved in. I am humble and down to earth but I can't vibe with toxic and unhappy people who are adult bullies. What exactly is their aim? To make me unhappy like they are or to run me off so they can get my house? Which by the way my landlord heard all my complaints on them and the realtor as well and won't rent to them if I decide to move.

We don't know. Step 1, I've always worked to make peace w my neighbors or someone around, I don't just live to myself. My neighbors know me and we say hi. I've never had this scenario.

I've had bad neighbors though and there is not much you can do, you can try talking to them, directing them to church, etc.. but some nuts are hard to crack.

I literally stay to myself. They don't work and love drama, chaos and noise. Staying to myself is offensive to them. Also they were charged with disorderly conduct for harassing another neighbor before I moved here.
