What level of proof is required to prove consent? What evidence would I need to provide, to stop any accusation?

Just wondering because at this point, the accusation alone is enough to wreck a man’s life (reputation, social standing, opportunities) long before any trial. Public opinion, campus processes, and social consequences do not require the same proof as criminal court, and they favor the accuser by default. A signed consent form can be dismissed as made under duress; a video of you explicitly saying you consent can be dismissed the same way. I see no reliable way for a man to protect himself from a later claim of non-consent when both parties were drunk.

So, ladies, you cast this dye. What standard (burden) of proof do we need?
