Depends upon the laws where you are. In some, she can say "Yes." all throughout and when you are on the downstroke about to ejaculate, if she say "Stop" and you do not immediately, that is technically rape. Not that a reasonable DA would prosecute or a reasonable jury would convict, but that is the reality we live in.

Ok so the steps are literally every 3 minutes you must get a clear yes verbally? Or are the stages a yes before a kiss, a yes right before intercourse, and a yes afterwords? That’s what I’m confused about because the post included seems to suggest asking for consent very frequently

This is a tricky thing. Some people require different amounts of consent.
