Unfortunately I think these kind of multiple threats are very worrying because of the number of them and the timely manner of the election. lots of boogeymen and little time (gish gallop anyone?) For me the one that is most worrying is the colluding red state officials as they will just, and in some cases already have, complied with illegal demands willingly which could change the election outcome in places like Texas, Ohio, Iowa... how damaging would it be to lose 3 to 4 seats (senate particularly) and not be able to even contest things until after the deal is done and sealed. If you look at Texas as the example, Abbott has already turned over the voter rolls, and they have purged nearly 2 million registered voters. It's already difficult enough to vote here that our voter participation is among the lowest in the country. If the gerrymander is (were) effective you lose 5 House seats in what should have been illegal mid decade re-districting. Now throw in the problem of what happens in red Texas if a vote is close and becomes contested? Will Texas officials do the right thing as was done in Georgia in the 11,780 vote stupidity? Questionable. The thing that people are saying is true and the easiest answer... too big to rig.
Marc Elias probably should be considered a super-hero at this point.
