Do you think Leon Klinghoffer and family had justice served?

Oct 8, 1985 Leon Klinghoffer was on vacation on Achille Lauro when Palestinian freedom fighters, e. g. terrorists, attacked, looking to ransom hostages to free Palestinian prisoners. They found out he was Jewish American, pulled him aside, shot him in the head and chest and threw him overboard. Really nice guys.

The killer (s) were caught and went to prison... and released and expelled from Italy, see details below. Fair?

From Search:

Youssef al-Molqi, who shot Klinghoffer, was serving a 30-year sentence, reduced for good behavior. He was released from an Italian prison in 2009 after about 23 years and ordered to leave Italy. Klinghoffer’s daughters publicly said they were outraged at the early release. thejcjpost
Ibrahim Fatayer Abdelatif, another of the four hijackers, was released in 2008. He then appealed his expulsion order.
Mohammed Issa Abbas and Yusuf Sa’ad, who supplied the weapons and acted as paymaster, had their sentences commuted and were expelled from Italy. jta
Abu Abbas, the mastermind, was convicted in absence and never spent time in an Italian prison. As far as I know, he died in U. S. custody in Iraq in 2004.

Isn't it nice to know we have terrorists running around, free?
