No. He and his cronies made billions while buying oil corporations shares, ordering attacks on Iran that driven oil prices up and selling those shares to higher price again. It's called insider trade and is a crime. The price has been paid by people who have to buy fuel and economy that needs fuel.
Insider trading is legal. And is being protected by Democrats. Republicans put it to a vote, along with voter ID, and it was struck down by every Democrat.
When the majority of people were against it. Other nations against it. In the end it did more harm economically than good then yes he paid a heavy price for something that didn't matter internally
@blackgaletiger eh, it needed to be done. He has been to indecisive. Currently, shipping is beating pre war rates without Iranian exports, and Iran is collapsing 🤷♂️ He just timed it poorly and did his typical bs speech. https://nypost. com/2026/10/21/world-news/persian-gulf-oil-exports-surpass-pre-war-high-as-market-adapts-to-irans-attacks/ www.wsj.com/.../more-oil-is-now-coming-out-of-the-persian-gulf-than-before-the-iran-war-6a6d1670
He’s not paying the price, everybody else is. The rising cost of diesel has made the prices of everything go up and those prices are never going back down

The Iranian economy collapsed.
Oil shipments are beating pre-war levels without Iranian exports.
@julie09 been following? Why are you people so anti truth, and so misinformed? It's your own liberal media reporting it

Well, he is the one who started it so he can't blame anyone else.
Drumpf doesn’t pay any price. It’s the good, law abiding, taxpayers of this country that will suffer the democrats’ insanity.

@Staximus diesel is mostly connected to the Ukraine war.
Current exports in the region are at pre war levels without Iran, who is suffering an economic collapse.

@FrodoVader007 the diesel is still $3-4 more per gallon and everything is still more expensive than before this Iran debacle
Of course, in that case, blame Ukraine.
They bombed Russian facilities and caused the increase.
Trump always makes sure that it's not him to pay any price.
Not yet. Wait until the new house and senate take office in January. They will probably begin investigations and impeachment proceedings. He
He has, the unpopular conflict in Iran that raised gas prices heavily influenced midterm election results.
It’s a good start that Congress can put a stop to many things for the next two years but he deserves to pay more.
yes, I think it was a big part of it. If he finished the war 3 or 4 months ago the outcome would not have neen so bad.
Iran is just one of his many failures. There were problems even before Iran. Iran simply added fuel to the fire
Trump wasn't running in this election.
Yep.
Nope
