This evening as I watch the Protest in D. C. in front of the White House, I notice this sign one of the protestors is carrying.

I am interested to know your thoughts.

I am Not simply asking if you like it or don’t like it- Though I do want to know that of course.

I also wish to know what you think it means to the carrier - I e What do you think the intended message is.

I also wish to know what it means to you.

I will leave my thoughts out for now, as to not influence anything 😊

I want to see what people think about Black Lives Matter.

Yes, what happened to Floyd was terrible. But he was no innocent victim per se as he had a criminal record. And I find it comical in a way that African-Americans go bonkers about **criminals** killed by cops (like Fergurson 2014) but when a black man/woman who **isn't** a criminal is blatantly harassed (black lawyer harassed outside a courthouse years ago, dead silence) or killed (guy shot multiple times reaching for his wallet, dead silence) they're quieter than the grave.

Besides it's not like they're the only people who face discrimination, harassment, racism or racial profiling in America. Natives, Asians, Mid-Easterners, Hispanics, religious (Catholic/Protestant, Jews), and even Europeans (Italians, French) depending on where in the US... to be honest the list is bloody well endless.

The only real difference is Blacks riot, they loot, they destroy property - once again over what is often a criminal - and they more or less to degree destroy their neighborhoods in "protest". They run companies out of the area with this stupidity - what business wants to risk rebuilding / putting their employees at unnecessary risk. They increase the stigma by racist individuals that they are little more than law-breaking individuals. They basically fuck themselves over & then bitch when nobody wants to have anything to do with them.

I totally agree with it. People can't generalize one race or gender to blame for some citizens problems
