what do you think the world would be like if we had the tech to swap bodys

would you swap with anyone and why

What are the legal/ethical ramifications of actions taken when in another person's body?

What happens when you temporarily swap bodies with someone else and then, say, have sex in said body? Is that rape, or more generally a violation of someone else's body? Is it rape to, say, pretend to be someone else's partner/spouse and have sex with them, in the body of the partner/spouse?

In a world where body-swapping exists, how do courts deal with defendants claiming that control of their bodies had been taken by another party? If you do find that you've been body-swapped, and suspect that your body may now be used to commit a crime, what can you do to protect your innocence?

If you're dying, is it ethical to body-swap with someone who's brain-dead? What about a newborn whose consciousness is not fully reformed?

Ever heard of neuralink? There's a tech tree which technologies follow, it's possible by the time we've developed the ability to map the human brain and are able to replicate it either digitally or in human body we have the ability to make bodies. You also run into problems like the nervous system only being compatible with that certain brain but assuming you have the first technology you would also have the second (maybe), secondly we don't really understand how consciousness works so don't know how a full brain into a baby would work. The point of all this being you would have to possibly rebuild and regrow the brain exactly inside another body while keeping it alive it won't simply be a matter of transferring brains like organs, by this point you could possibly easily be considered gods. If it's just a hypothetical experiment or a philosophy question, legal ramifications can be figured out what can be done will be done till limits and as to what happens in ethical or everyday life, it seems too broad a question. If brains can be transferred so easily body would be like just another vessel pr clothes or house. We would possibly have figured out aging by then but if not younger compatible bodies probably cost more and there might be a trade market. Ethics are dependent on what humans do with it and how it works, a technology in itself is not evil it's the use of it and how people use it maybe.
