Why is the N word bad and racist when it comes from white people, but Dark skin coloured people joke and use it to eachother all the time?

Many of them call White or other skin coloured people out for all sorts of names... but you don't hear us complaining That much like darker people do...(And ofcourse i don't mean as in a offensive and obviously racist way). For example: these African American friends say to eachother. "Hey how's it going ma nigga?"BUT if one of their white friends come in and say it the EXACT same way with the EXACT same annotation and reasons... that person is suddenly rude and racist... 🤔... So... What is the deal here?

(I am not a racist or what so ever. Everyone is as equally welcome in this world! So don't come hating or something in the comments section please~ This matter just really noticed me... so i am genuinely curious...).

It's seen as bad because it's just weird and uncomfortable to most people to see a non- black person say the N word. It's not something people are used to.

It's part of the culture for black people to communicate to each other that way, that's how it always been.

In the past non black people only used it to offended black people.

That's probably why some people are just so quick to call "racist", people only recognized seeing non- black people to use the term offensively.

So people just assume when a non-black person says the N word, they mean it with ill intent.

There's a history of oppression between the blacks and whites that were alive back then.
Most of the blacks and whites alive now are different people.
It's strange for black people to act as if a white baby born today is responsible for slavery and a black baby born today is a slave.
