As someone who fought Muay Thai I can say it wouldn't chance much.
Women just don't have the same power we do. They would be rammed. Look at the Lucia Rijker. She was undefeated in the women division. Never lost to another woman. A match was set for her to fight a nobody from the men's division. She lost!

Also the second those kicks become a thing, the blocks to it will instantaneously be a part of the training routine. They are actually very easy to block and punish.

Things would still be the same way it is now.

Nothing would change, a normal guy punching a normal girl full on will floor her.

Usually a guy out weighs a girl and is taller, longer arm reach, more muscle and higher bone density, mass.

That means a correctly thrown punch is going to do a lot of damage.

Hence why is pathetic for a guy to hit a girl and why Trans cannot take part in contact sports.

If it's just that, maybe more win would stand a chance. But there are also rules against hair-pulling, eye gouging, fish-hooking, strikes to the spine, head-butting, etc. If we lifted all the rules, I'm still betting on the guy. And I might still bet on the guy even with just this one groin strike rule lifted.

That's a cheap shot, a quick win. They should change it back. But I've never heard of any mixed sports where that could even happen.

It's actually really easy to guard your groin if you have any idea whatsoever of what you are doing with your legs.

Girls would win more often but not all of the time. There have been plenty of girls that have won with "Accidental shots" to my nuts. Women seem to have a homing device for guy's testicles.

Allowed where? I'm not aware of any combat sports where men fight women.

And on the street anything is allowed, so no, women especially wouldn't stand a chance there.

Most serious male fighter learn to consciously control the Cremaster muscle which surrounds each testicle, allowing then to pull the testicles up into the groin.
