I'm not trying to be sexist but %90 of women wouldn't stand a chance. I believe this because ever since the caveman days its been genetically instilled in men to be the alpha male and be the king of the mountain. Don't misunderstand me there is a small percentage of women who could take down the Arnold Schwarzenegger type of men but please note that is a minuscule percentage.
It would require special weight classes that could match a woman's weight class to a man's appropriate weight class -- surely there's some overlap where the game is fair. Surely bantam-weight men should be on the same level as a weight class of women. Surely bantam-weight guys should be at best matched to heavy-weight women -- and if they're not and all classes of men are unfair to women: Wow, that would be very interesting to learn.
There's a reason it's split. Men are physically more capable than women IN GENERAL. The top male athletes have a higher peak than the top female athletes. Why can't women accept that?
For many men, thier junk pulls up into the body cavity when we get in a fight.
Kick to the groin is pretty useless at that point.
As well if a man is used to taking a hit, that strike will not be as effective.
It would be brutal, the only one I would even give a chance is Amanda Nunes cause she's a beast but the rest would be absolutely destroyed.

Guys the same weight and height as women are also stronger and faster and more aggressive. There's no way women would win.

The girl would have an advantage as long as he had fear of how and where he could touch her. The guy would also need groin protection.
Guys would have to fight girls in the same weight class or above. Girls would be free to fight in a higher weight class if they choose to do so.
Protection is to protect from damage not because of the pain.

Asker how old is your brother? Also I think same weight is still unfair because at the same weight guys on average are taller and have more muscle pound for pound. For example a pubmed study says the following when comparing grip strengths between guys and girls: “90% of females produced less force than 95% of males” obviously groin strikes are unpredictable and could give an occasional victory but most of the time guys would win and the strength disadvantage makes it unfair.
Why don’t you do this and see how it goes. Make it more of a strength contest. Challenge him to wrestle you. Chances are in a real fight with punches he is holding back. No guy wants to bruise their sister but in wrestling he wouldn’t have to worry about bruising just pinning or a submission hold so he could hold back less. You are allowed to grab, punch, slap etc at his groin and you win by pinning or submission. Challenge him to a best out of 5 match. You might win once or even twice if you are lucky but unless you are more trained than him odds are he would win MOST of the matches and get the 3 out of 5 to win.

I have seen girls who are buff enough to literally pin down men as they please. Is just takes time and dedication to get a physique like there's but remember we not in Sparta no mo.

If it were fully engaged pro fight, unsure. I’ve seen women have the moves to take down bigger guys.
Some women would win against some men. But overall significantly more men would win.
