Of course. We've been berated and vilified into accepting trans women as real women 100%. So if they're real women, they should be allowed into women's sports. Anything less is transphobic. You can either compete or go home.
Yes they can compete in their own category. Or a new category of some sort. Them “living their dream” may destroy others chance to live theirs. This has been shown this year!
Yes. They can compete among themselves, and the prize should be a straitjacket, a permanent stay at a sanitarium, and courses in decency and how to lead honest, natural, normal lives.

They come up against folk that they have no chance to win against, especially in MMA or other physical sports. They get absolutely destroyed and that is not fair. It definitely isn't fair for college/university sports because that affects their chances to receive scholarships or to go professional. So yeah, it may not affect YOU but it is totally selfish to think that actually matters. It affects THEM which is why it shouldn't be allowed.
