It really depends on if they also don't have a clue what they're doing. 😅
I don't considered myself a weakling by any means, but if they're skilled in arm wrestling I'd probably lose big time.

Does this person have the same amount of experience as me? Pretty sure Devon Laratt teenage son has the sameish body as me, but he'd break my arm easily.

IF I had to do that right now, I would lose. If it was me 20 years ago I'd win. My grip strength alone back then would crush most grown men's hands.

Anyone who goes around challenging people to arm wrestling matches is probably pretty skilled at arm wrestling. I guess I'd probably lose.

I used to be good at it for my weight but I've had shoulder problems so unless I could win quickly I would likely lose.

  It's more of a skill than strength. Someone weaker could beat you if they know the technique. So, be careful! 😛
