your boss is the owner of a sports team. he has hired you specifically to build his team for him. the team has a salary cap of $120 million for all the players on the roster

you are given 2 choices and 2 choices only. you can only choose 1 and you must choose 1 of these choices. these choices are

Option A) a rookie athlete who would one day become an established superstar with a starting salary of $2 million. his intentions are to remain loyal to the team franchise for his entire career and is willing to take pay cuts to fill out the roster

Option B) an already established, highly accomplished superstar wanting a salary of $100 million. throughout his career he has moved between teams via free agency or demanding for a trade. he is not willing to take a pay cut and will only remain loyal to the team franchise under his own chosen circumstances

Option A) Draft the rookie in the upcoming draft

Option B) Sign the superstar in free agency

I'm taking the rookie , the advantage of the superstar is he potentially brings sponsor interest , but to achieve that we have to succeed , this guy is too self centered and he has been " around the block " one time too many for mine , I'm going to create the next one of these guys , not pay him 100m , fck him , its a team sport.
