Mike Tyson was being accused of raping this woman: Desiree Washington after the two met at an Albany night club in the early 1990s, according to the unidentified plaintiff's $5 million lawsuit filed earlier this month.

The woman claims Tyson raped her in a limousine, resulting in 'physical, psychological and emotional injury' in the years since then.

'I got in Tyson's limousine to pick up my friend from her house,' read the lawsuit, obtained by DailyMail. com. 'Tyson immediately started to touch me and attempted to kiss me. I told him no several times and asked him to stop, but he continued to attack me. He then pulled my pants off and violently raped me.'

The woman's filing does not include a specific date for the attack other than the 'early 1990s' - around the same time that beauty pageant contestant Desiree Washington said Tyson raped her in Indianapolis. Tyson was convicted of raping Washington on February 10, 1992, and served three years in prison.

The woman who accused him of rape had previously and falsely accused her ex boyfriend of rape after her conservative father found out she was having sex with him. Basically, she didn’t want to seem impure to her strict father, so she lied about it.

Desiree met Tyson at the event. However, a day later, she reported Tyson had raped her as she checked into the emergency room of the Methodist Hospital. As per several reports, Desiree reported Tyson called her in his hotel room and forced himself on her. She also reported how Tyson laughed at her as she sobbed in the trial of the case. Tyson's chauffeur also testified at the trial. As a result, Tyson was sent to jail for six years.

Back then, Mike was a rich, famous young black man with a long criminal history on trial in the 90s in Indiana, where the victim had a history of false allegations and taking stories to the media. And he was the heavyweight champion at the time.

2. She declined a million dollars to drop charges but later sued for 5 million.

3. She smiles while talking about the "rape." She expresses no sadness or distress.

You know , they set Mike up because he had too much power , in the same way they did Ruben Hurricane Carter , and how did it happen? I don't believe rape allegations when they come with no DNA evidence, no defensive wounds, no witnesses, etc. Right off the bat it just comes off as a lie, because she claims she willing got into Tyson's limo. Who really get's into stranger's limos? Prostitutes maybe. Normal people don't do that.

She claims Mike called her at 1 am wondering if she would come over and she accepted, she went to his room at 2 am and Mike said after that she wanted him to walk her down but he didn’t feel like it so he insisted she take his limo and the driver of that limo claimed saying he denied her this and that and vowed revenge something like that

A beauty contestant comes to some dudes room at 2 AM by herself? Come on man... Sounds like either a booty call from some woman by a gold digger chasing a sports star or Mike called an escort service and she was sent by a company. A chain of events like that don't happen with normal people where a single man and a single woman meet up in the middle of the night at a hotel room alone without sex being on the menu. Women tend to meet new guys for sensible dates way earlier in the evening at public places. Most likely she was an expensive prostitute using her beauty contestant status to land high in clients.

To my knowledge, they said she wasn’t of the sort who was just a beauty contestant and mike wasn’t just some dude, he was a huge at that time in the early 90s and was the heavyweight champion also.

Washington herself testified that Tyson had "called her around 1:45 a. m. to tour the city, then picked her up in his limo, took her back to his room, and made small talk as they both sat on the bed." After propositioning her for sex, Washington stated that she firmly refused and went to use the bathroom before leaving. "After using the bathroom, she said, she noticed some discharge on her panty shield. Washington said she removed the liner and threw it away." When she came out, "Tyson then pulled her to the bed, pinned her down and raped her, she testified. “He was mean, evil,” she said. “I got on top and started to try to get away, but he slammed me down again.”". "Three days after the assault, Washington went to the police and accused Tyson of rape." Partial corroboration of Washington's story came via testimony from Tyson's chauffeur, Virginia Foster, who confirmed Desiree Washington's "state of shock" after the incident. Foster also testified that Tyson had previously attempted to sexually assault her too, having "lured her to his hotel room, tried to touch her, and then exposed himself".

Mike pretty much confessed to other sexual assaults on video.

When being interviewed in the 2008 documentary Tyson, he was asked about Desiree Washington (the woman who he was convicted of raping) and said "I may have taken advantage of women before, but I never took advantage of her (Washington)."

Desiree Washington had a history of false allegations and even the Limo driver testified that she was pissed at Tyson for essentially boning.

The only thing the witness accounts for is that the two were together with a personal opinion that she seemed shocked. That's not much to go on. Me and you are sitting her talking together.
