Have you ever dreamed that you lost one of your most precious items? In last nights dream, I was back in school dealing with some familiar bullies, both a nightmare in itself. Anyways, my phone went missing and i searched all around for it. The next day, the two mean girls were unusually nice about helping me look for it but kept saying they didn't see it. Now of course, many people have the same phones but theirs just stood out.
So I got my cousin to call my phone and i couldnt help but notice how one of the girls phone would ring each time. I know it was a risk but i took a chance and grabbed that hoe by her hair and snatched the phone. I answered the calls she kept ignoring and saw my cousins number and heard my echo when answering.
Turns out, this little raggedy trick bought a new phone case and updated the phone to the latest software and she switched around the apps to throw me off. And the hoe would’ve gotten away with it too if it werent for us meddlin kids. Plus she didn't have sense enough to pay 7 mf dollars to change the phone number.
I was glad to have my phone back but i cried like heck because she had deleted all the important stuff out of it. It basically wasn't even my phone anymore. Oh yea, and i never dropped it. I saw through a flashback dream within that dream that her friend stole it from me while it was sitting at my desk. So my cousin beat her ass while i beat the other. We’re not one for violence. I have memorized all the bank account numbers. All the emergency contacts, everything.

I have also found all the ways to notify a company in such cases. So, if by chance, my mobile phone gets stolen. I do not need to worry about it.

Everything is in the Knox vault. No fingerprint is there. Complex passwords are there. And till then, I would have initiated the remote reset command through the Samsung website.
I would have notified the SIM company to lock the SIM card, so no OTPs. Banks also to just block my account.
So, there is literally no information that can be used to blackmail me too. The Knox vault by Samsung takes care of that. Everything good.

Yes, the device is still yours, as the mobile company keeps tabs on such things.

Under common law which applies here in Ireland, a finder has an entitlement to possession of lost/mislaid property against everyone except the true owner. The right of the true owner is extinguished if they do not enforce it within a year and one day.

There is also an obligation to make reasonable endeavours to return lost/mislaid property within the one year and a day time period. In practice this only applies if you know or ought to know who the trur owner is, to ensure you take steps to inform them and allow them to recover their property. This ensures that stolen property is never considered "lost".

I get that you wanna know how we will handle the situation. The smartest way I I think of is to let the law. Private investigator may be worth it. . ASAP
Important apps still need passwords so I'm not too afraid of that part but as for my Gmail, that's a problem... I'll try to contact help and see if I can get my phone logged out and change the password.

Yep it's still your's by law. That's why when a gun or car registered in your name was used in a crime the cops wind up on your front doorstep first. The law recognizes your ownership. In my confrontations in my dreams someone always ends up dead. At least that's how it was for many years. Nowadays I rarely remember my dreams but for people who say they don't dream that is simple not true. Everyone dreams every night. As we wake up we can lose them though. But studies prove everyone dreams and your mind is always thinking about something till the day you die

Yes, it's still yours. Studied some law in school but i can't really recall the details how this all works.

I remember in my primary school one of my "friends" trying to screw me over and other classmates.. there was some very little amount of money involved, but still them doing this shit was so shocking to me. It was just some petty little shitty deal involvind some videogames...
I guess i was way too kind, they thought i was an easy pray. I didn't beat him up over this, but i didn't care much of our friendship after this.

If the device is registered or has some kind of a label on it with your name and phone number on it you should return it to the rightful owner. My son lost his wallet in the subway and he figured it would be gone for good. Somebody called him that night and offered to meet him and return it, There are still good people in the world.

Hell of a dream. Yes its still yours, when I sold cellphones if someone brought in a blacklisted phone we would take it and try and get it back to its owner.

Yes, it's still mine because it's always locked with a code that only I know and you can't reset the device without that code. To anyone who finds that phone it's perfectly useless.
