Why do nearly everybody on social media fall for obvious trolls?

People share and get mad at posts when it is an extremely obvious troll involving people making posts to watch people get mad and nothing that they are saying is legitimate at all. I just don’t understand why there are no awareness of troll posts for so many people.

Social media is where such people can meet each other.
