When do you get them YouTube adverts for surveys? I only seem it get them when I delete my history? When do you get them?

I get them most of the time, is called Market Targeting... they keep track of what you look/interact with and start Throwing "crap at you", did you knowdest when you browse the internet, that all the "stuff" even shopping you interracted with... Shows up on same page "on the sides, or at the top page as a banner?"...

I only watch YouTube in my browser. Never see any ads anywhere. I can be logged into my account or browsing without it. No ads.
