Do you trust someone that asks you for your Snap in public?

Like whatever happened to asking for your phone number when you meet someone in public? I can see asking for your Snap with someone off the internet , considering there are so many fakes and scammers on the internet but in public? I know times have changed and I guess people like to be more private is how I look at it but do they realize it still makes them look shady? I use to hesitate when someone asked me for my snap because I didn’t have a Snapchat but instead of questioning it I made a Snapchat because it seems like everyone has a Snapchat so I jumped on the band wagon , What are your thought on this?
