You're confused, it hasn't been successful. It's worked out in a case or two but nowhere to the scale to justify major investment,

There are diets that help with telomere length and and longer telomeres seem to correlate to more youthful appearance.

It would take too long to accomplish in humans and would probably be unethical, only multimillionaires would be able to afford it and there wouldn’t be any reason for procreation after awhile if everyone could get it, only accidents, wars and diseases would decrease the population with out aging. I think they should focus on curing cancer in all forms so people can live a long healthy life

Its already been done, I've reversed aging many times. If you give the body what it needs, and avoid what it doesn't, it does it on it's own.
