Ok, how do I make my computer faste?

-recycle bin emptied

-updates done

-there are close to zero documents on there, no pics, no videos, no porn

-restarted it

Turned off every conceivable useless app for start up

-more or less just has the necessary apps that came with it

Any other suggestions? I'm thinking of just throwing it the window to finally see it go fast.

What are the specs? The internet and apps demands faster and faster computers all the time, so they have to be newer and up to date. A computer from 2018 won't cut it anymore.

Upgrade to a solid-state drive, increase RAM etc.

Without knowing what CPU, how much and what type of RAM, what operating system, how much storage, and whether it is SSD or HDD it is difficult to advise.

Back in the day i was using my laptop there was a free download called advance system care , it can fix a bunch of issues not sure if they are around anymore

Check your GPU and cpu while it's acting slow. Something is causing it to throttle.
