Am I crazy to assume my male coworker hacked my account?

I know this may sound like I'm paranoid but I'd appreciate some input!

My coworker travels for work. Three weeks on and three weeks off. I've noticed that when he's in my city that my Facebook messenger location says I'm logged in my town for those three weeks. When he goes back home my messenger says I'm logged in his town which is 6 hour flight away for context. It could be a coincidence but I've noticed this pattern for 4 months.

He is very quiet, sweet and helpful but lately he's been completely avoiding me and acting more nervous than usual... something is off.

Why would he want access to my messenger? Is there another explanation for the location change?

Go into your settings and see who has been logged in to your account , if he hacked into your account it will show up on your log history , Whoever it is, you can delete them and remove them from you account for good.

I can't do any of that though because it says it doesn't recognize my device.

That’s weird, it definitely sounds like you got hacked , it doesn’t let you go into settings at all?

I can go to settings but I can't change my password or anything else because it says it doesn't recognize my device.

I made a new Facebook account yesterday and it said add your contacts... all his family members were my suggested Facebook friends which was also creepy. Maybe it's my actual device that's hacked. 🤔

My boyfriend can hack email accounts but he is more gentle and harmless than a teletubby. He just has a genius I. Q. and a lot of spare to me.

Guess it will play itself out
