Why is it that since Trump became president that almost all stores are closed or going to close and people can't even buy milk unless they Uber?

I have noticed that for a while now that almost all of the stores where I live have closed their doors. Target, 2 major drug stores and so many more.
You cannot trust online shopping without saying a prayer 🙏🏼 that what you ordered will actually be delivered to you.
And once they have your bank card number they go to town sending you all kinds of merchandise that you didn't order and was deducted from your account.
I was severely scammed last year when I brought stationery for $7 and put it on my debit card. The company (Chinese based) sent me 18 wireless Bluetooth keyboards, and over $1,000 of stuff that I didn't order and wiped out my bank account!! They are in trouble now I heard.
Just like now you might have seen my question about what can I do with over 20 purses I didn't order but was deducted from my bank account.
Everyone says use a credit card. Well I did and now my $500 limit is full.
