None of the types would be the answer to what I use the most because most of the cables have different connectors on each end. My iPhone takes a lightening connector, but the other end must hook up to a power source which does not use a lightening connector, usually a type A, but would use a different type of connected to an output of a computer. Same can be said for other interconnections.
Mostly USB-C but I still have a few devices that use USB-A and my wireless headphones and bluetooth speaker use USB-Micro.
Type C. It's practically standard among charging connector. Type A appears in PC motherboards and type B is rare, mostly on printers which need USB connection for installation of IP and WIFI network
I think most of the USB cables at home and our places of business have both Type A, Type C and Apple Lightning ends.

Bit of a grab bag really. I have an audio interface that accepts a USB-C while my laptop out is USB-A, so A with an adaptor running to C, modeling guitar amp, same deal. To be fair though when you are dealing with musical equipment you're gonna be drowned in a variety of different size jacks and adaptors. My bag of black snakes has to be 20-30 lbs at this point.
I mostly use RJ45 connectors since I have wired Internet. I sometimes use USB with Type A on the computer end. The other end depends on the device. I have about five cables with different connectors on the device end that I'm always swapping out.
I'd say it's pretty close between A & C for me as the most used. I do have an external harddrive that uses a microB high speed & my JBL rechargeable speaker uses a micro USB.
All my stuff is either Micro USB or Type C USB or Apple Lightning. But my chargers are all USB Type A, wall chargers, cars, and laptop.
Only ones I handle on a daily basis are the USB type to charge my phone and a c type for my head torch.
I use both depending on the gadget.
I use mostly Type A. Husband is an Apple fan boy and uses mostly Type C.
Right now, type A mostly. However it is slowly being taken over by type C. So I use both.
Whichever one (s) I need to connect with the least number of adapters.
TY EU for making usb c ubiquitous!!! Fuck you Apple 🍏!!
Most often I use type C, but I have devices that use all the others too.
C recently, although I have some A left still.
Tom Boy I use Type A - the "original" USB cable, typically used for charging and
type c I htink since it's for my phone
I used Type A all the time.
I mostly use USB-C.
Everything seems to be type C nowadays
@AviatorTom Type C
